Administration Department

Administration Department of the Institute

The Administration Department of the Institute performs legal, human resources, financial and accounting tasks, as well as activities related to publishing, information technology, administration, technical support, auxiliary services, general affairs, and other specialist tasks required by the Institute. In this context, the organizational unit for projects and technology transfer carries out tasks related to the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of projects, as well as activities concerning intellectual property and knowledge transfer. The work of the Institute’s Administration Department is managed by the Secretary of the Institute.

Office for General, Legal and Human Resources Affairs

The Office for General, Legal and Human Resources Affairs is responsible for legal, human resources, and administrative tasks, project implementation activities, information technology services, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning and security, as well as other tasks assigned by the Secretary of the Institute and the Director of the Institute.

 

Služba računovodstvenih i financijskih poslova

U nadležnost Službe računovodstvenih i financijskih poslova ulaze knjigovodstveno-računovodstveni, financijski poslovi, poslovi planiranja i praćenja izvršenja nabave te ostali poslovi po nalogu rukovoditelja Službe,  tajnika Instituta i ravnatelja Instituta.
